This is an exchange between Rita Leggio and my former friends. Bear in mind, Rita has never met these people. She was jealous that I had become friends with them, or even had friends again, after she’d done this same thing with previous friends I’d had. She had accused me of cheating with my friend’s wife for several years, even knowing it wasn’t true, she just wanted them out of my life.

In an exchange in early May, she again, kept accusing me of being involved with this person. Being angry and fed up and wanting to end communication with Miss Leggio, I sarcastically said I was and now I’m going to go be with her. Yes, this was a stupid comment, but her accusations were above and beyond ridiculous and I just wanted it to end.

After this exchange, Miss Leggio used this against me and contacted these people, sending our exchanges and pleaded with them to feel sorry for her and end communication with me.

After she contacted these people and posted disgusting accusations and false claims on social media, I was forced to file, and was granted a temporary restraining order. This order was granted because of the numerous ways Miss Leggio has tried to destroy my character, life and career.

Upon a court hearing, Miss Leggio agreed to come to an agreement outside of court where she would no longer contact any of my known associates in any form. She was not allowed to contact them through third party either.
